Call sheets
Pushed to every recipient, with your call time at the top rather than buried in a grid. Opening it is recorded, so the office stops phoning to ask.
Department chat
You’re auto-joined to your own department’s channel. A PM can grant cross-department access. There’s also an opt-in contact sheet with click-to-call.
Errands
Tasks assigned to you, with the address and navigation. Status flows back to the dispatch console as you pick it up and finish it.
Location sharing is opt-in
Turning on location sharing in Runner puts you on the production’s crew map so dispatch can see where runners are. It is off until you turn it on, per device, and you can turn it off again at any time.
