Today's call sheet
Everyone gets today's call sheet with their own call time on top. The office sees who has opened it.

CinemaCrew
Call sheets, comms, errands and capture. No group texts.
Everyone on the crew gets today's call sheet, their department's channel and the errands assigned to them. The office gets read receipts and a live map of who is where.
The production office prints a QR code on the call sheet. Scan it and you are on that production, with no account to set up and no password to remember. Open the app and you see the day you are working.
An invite covers one production. You or the PM can switch a device off at any time, and access ends when the show wraps.
What the app does, in the order a shooting day does it.

Everyone gets today's call sheet with their own call time on top. The office sees who has opened it.

You're auto-joined to your own department's channel, and the PM can grant cross-department access when a day needs it.
Share your number with your department, and tap a name to call. You opt in, and you can stop any time.

Assigned, en route, done. Runners move an errand along from the truck instead of over the walkie.

Every errand sits in one of three columns, and it moves as the runner moves. The office knows what has landed without asking.

Crew who share their location show up with a short trail behind them. Each person turns it on or off.
The map, the switch that puts you on it, and your department's rooms. All of it on the phone already in your pocket.
Scan a location with the phone. The department heads walk the scan from the office.

Photos and video shot in the app file against the scene, location, scout item or errand you were on. When you can't be at the monitor, the camera feed comes to your phone.
One invite covers one production. Every device is listed, and any of them can be switched off.

One app for each phone, plus the production office in your browser.

Coming soonThe app is free for everyone invited to a production. The office side is the Cinema Set Free dashboard the production already pays for.
Everything is on both phones unless this says otherwise.
