Credits & Pricing

How do credits work?

Credits are used for AI-powered features like generating character portraits, location images, and storyboards. Each generation costs a certain number of credits depending on the type and complexity. You can see your remaining balance in your account settings.

Do I get free credits?

Yes! New accounts receive free credits to try out the platform. This lets you experiment with image generation and storyboarding before purchasing additional credits.

What happens to my credits if an image generation fails?

If a generation fails due to a server error or timeout, your credits are automatically refunded. You'll see your balance restored and can try again.

Why did my generation fail?

Generations can occasionally fail due to high demand, content safety filters, or temporary service issues. If a generation fails, try again — and if the problem persists, use the form at the bottom of this page to let us know.

How many credits does each generation cost?

Credit costs vary by generation type. Character portraits, wardrobe looks, and location images each cost a set amount, while storyboard frames may cost more depending on complexity. You can see the credit cost before confirming any generation.

Can I get a refund on credits I've purchased?

Unused credits are non-refundable, but they never expire. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or lost credits due to a bug, contact us using the form below and we'll look into it.

Image Generation

What kinds of images can I generate?

You can generate character portraits, wardrobe looks, location images, and full scene storyboards. Each type is tailored to help you visualize different aspects of your screenplay.

Why does my generated image look different from what I expected?

AI image generation interprets your script descriptions and character details. For best results, make sure your character descriptions and scene directions are detailed. You can always regenerate to get a different variation.

Who owns the images I generate?

You do. All images generated through your projects belong to you and can be used for your creative work, including pitches, lookbooks, and pre-production materials.

Scripts & Projects

Can I collaborate with others on a project?

Yes! You can invite team members to your project. Collaborators can view and contribute to scripts, characters, and visual assets within the shared project.

Can I export my script?

Yes, you can export your screenplay in standard industry format. Look for the export option in your script editor toolbar.

Account & Security

How is my data protected?

We use encryption in transit and at rest, secure third-party authentication (no passwords stored), and regular security audits. Your scripts and project data are only visible to you and the collaborators you invite. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from your account settings. Once deleted, your personal information will be removed within 30 days. Any projects you owned will be permanently deleted unless transferred to another team member first.
