Errands is the production manager’s board for handing address-based tasks to runners — “pick up lenses,” “drop off wardrobe,” “grab coffee for set.” Each errand carries a title, an address, an assignee, an optional due time, and notes, and moves across three columns as the runner works through it.
Errands is part of the Production stage, so it’s a PRO feature — the tab appears in a project’s section navigation once that project is in production. The live crew map and crew comms now live inside the Errands tab as a single dispatch console, so you can see where your runners are and talk to them without leaving the board.
The Dispatch Console
The Errands tab is a live dispatch console: a real-time crew map and crew comms sit right above the errands board. Track runners on the map, message them, and click an errand to jump the map to its runner.

Creating & Assigning
Use the New Errand form to set a title, address, assignee, due time, and notes — then edit or delete an errand, and hand it to a runner.
Tracking Status
Follow errands across Assigned, En route, and Done, override a status yourself, reassign on the fly, and read due dates and overdue flags.
