Scan the QR code on the call sheet and you're on the production, with no account setup. Anyone who needs more than one production signs in properly. Either way, any device can be revoked from the office or by you.

A QR code on the call sheet signs the device in to that production only. Nothing to set up, nothing to remember. Best for day players and crew on one show.
Sign in
An account with email or Google/Facebook/Amazon, for anyone working across several productions or who needs the workspace too.
Access is per production
A pairing is scoped to one production. Working on two shows means two pairings, and revoking one leaves the other alone.
Devices can be revoked at any time, by you from your own account or by a PM from the Team tab. Revocation is immediate, which is what makes it safe to hand a QR code to a hundred people.
