What you get back

Click a scan to open it. View in 3D lets you orbit or walk through it. Details & downloads holds the location picker, the capture stats and the files. A draft can be rebuilt at final quality without scanning again.

The list

Each tile shows the scan’s poster, its name and a status: Uploading, Queued, Reconstructing, Ready or Failed. Under that are the date, LiDAR or Photo, the frame count and the location it’s filed under. A failed scan says why. Refresh checks for news by hand.

Open a scan

Click the tile
The scan opens with its name, when it was taken, and which phone took it. One line sums it up: the mode, Draft or Final, the number of splats and frames, and the location.
Look around in 3D
Click View in 3D on the poster. It’s a big download, so it waits for you to ask. Orbit lets you drag to turn and scroll to zoom. Walk lets you click the view and move with W, A, S and D, go up and down with E and Q, and drag to look.
Try the lighting
On a LiDAR scan, tick Relight in the top left. Relight amount blends the new light over the room, Light intensity sets how bright it is, and you can drag the bulb to move it. Show proxy wireframe draws the rough model of the room.

File it and download the files

Open the details
Click Details & downloads under the summary.
Link it to a location
Pick one from Location. The scan then shows on that location’s page too. Pick Not linked to undo it.
Download what you need
Each file has a Download link. The links stop working about an hour after the page loaded, so reload the page if one fails.

File	Use it for
Splat (.spz)	The 3D copy of the room, small, for splat viewers and game engine plugins.
Splat (.ply)	The same, uncompressed. More apps open it.
Proxy mesh (.glb)	A rough model of the room for blocking and previs. LiDAR scans only.
Light probe (.hdr)	The light in the room, for lighting CG to match.
Orbit preview	A video that circles the result.

The stats list the mode, frame count, Tracking (how well the phone knew where it was, as a percent), splat count, size, which way is up, units per metre and when it finished. Low tracking means the walk was too fast or the room too plain, and a new scan will do better than a rebuild.

Rebuild at final quality

Ask for the rebuild
On a ready or failed scan, click Reconstruct at final quality. A final scan shows Reconstruct again instead.
Check the cost
The box says what a final run costs in credits next to a draft, and that it usually takes over an hour. Click Reconstruct to go ahead. The old version stays up until the new one is done.
