A call sheet is one shoot day: who’s called, when, where, what’s being shot, and everything the day needs to survive contact with reality.

It’s assembled from the schedule rather than typed from scratch, and delivery is tracked per recipient, so “did everyone get it” is something you look at instead of something you chase.
