Play a scene through

1. Upload and circle takes

   On the Takes tab, upload the takes for the scene and circle the ones you want. The Circled filter shows only those.

2. Open Editing

   Go to Post-Production and open Editing. A scene gets a bin as soon as one of its takes has video. You do not make bins by hand.

3. Read the bin

   Each row shows Scene and its number, the scene title, a version badge such as v1, and a count such as 3/5 shots. Below that is one thumbnail per shot, in shot list order. A shot with no take shows a dashed box that says not filmed.

4. Play one take

   Click a thumbnail. The take opens in a player with every take that has video listed down the side. Click a name in that list to switch. Press Esc to close.

5. Play the whole scene

   Click Play. Each shot’s take plays in turn and the next one starts when the last ends. The side list becomes the Playlist, and the bar under the video shows where you are, such as 2 / 5.

Which take a bin uses

A bin shows one take per shot. It uses the circled take. If a shot has no circled take, it uses the one with the highest take number. A small white dot on a thumbnail marks a circled take.

To change which take a bin plays, circle a different take on the Takes tab. The bin follows.

Sort, filter and select bins

Control	What it does
A-Z / Newest	Sort bins by scene or by date.
Latest	Show the newest version of each bin. Switch to All Versions or pick one version, such as v2.
Show Deleted	Show deleted bins, greyed out, with a Restore button.
Select	Turn on select mode. Then Select All, Invert, and Delete with a count. With deleted bins shown, the button is Restore instead.

Clicking a bin’s row number also turns on select mode, with that bin picked.
