Editing is the lightweight assembly: gather a scene’s takes into a bin, put them in order, play the result, and version it.

It is deliberately not a full NLE. When you want trimming, multi-track and real editing, that is CinemaCutter. This tab exports to Premiere and Final Cut, so starting here never traps you.
