Budget

The Budget tab works like a film budget. Each numbered group, called a department, holds lines, and each line is a rate times a count. The top sheet adds them up.

The app also looks at your locations, crew, cast and wardrobe. Anything with no line yet shows as a faded row. Click it to add it.

Columns, the top sheet and suggested rows

What each column holds, how totals and savings add up, and where the faded suggested rows come from.
