Sort by shot with A-Z, click a take to play it, write a note and circle the good ones. Then use Select to upload the circled takes so the editor can cut with them.
Watch and circle
Put them in shot order
The list starts with the newest take on top. Click A-Z to sort by shot instead, so every take of 1A sits together. Click it again for Z-A, and Newest flips to Oldest the same way.
Play a take
Click a row. The take plays in a player with the list of takes down the right side, so you can jump from take 2 to take 3 of the same shot. Press Escape to close it.
Write a note
Type in Add notes… under the player, like “boom dips at 0:14”. It saves when you press Enter or click away.
Circle the selects
Click the circle next to a take in the player’s list. A filled circle means circled. Click Circled at the top of the tab to show only those.
Upload the keepers
Start selecting
Click Select, or click the number at the left of any row.
Pick the takes
Click rows to pick them. Select All picks every take and Invert swaps what’s picked.
Upload
Click Upload. Picked takes marked Local go up to the cloud, each with a progress bar, and come back marked Cloud. A message says when they’re done.
Only uploaded takes can be cut with. A take whose upload failed shows Upload Failed and a Retry button. Check for those before you tell the editor the day is in.
Delete and restore
Delete in the select bar asks first, then hides the takes. They aren’t gone: Show Deleted appears at the top once something is deleted, and Restore brings a take back.
