Deal Memos

A deal memo is the short-form contract between the production and one crew member: what they’re paid, when they work, what they’re bringing, and what they’re credited as.

They’re built from your Team roster, so the person and their position are already known. You are filling in terms, not retyping names. Every memo tracks its own state from draft to countersigned, so an unsigned deal stays visible instead of being forgotten until the crew member asks about it.
