Deal Memos

PRO

A deal memo is the short contract between the production and one crew member. It says what they’re paid, when they work, what kit they bring and how they’re credited.

You build each memo for someone already on the Team roster. The Deals tab lists every memo with its status, and lists crew who don’t have one yet under No Deal Memo.

Deals needs a Pro plan on the project owner’s account.

Your first memo

Build a memo in four steps, send it for signature, countersign it, and keep the PDF.
