Delete your account

What goes

• Your access: the account and every sign-in linked to it stop working.
• Every device signed in or paired to it, which is signed out at once.
• The projects you own and everything in them (scripts, schedules, call sheets, messages, media and sequences), and your drafts synced from CinemaWriter. They can't be opened again.
• A paid plan, which is cancelled so you aren't billed again.
• Files you uploaded and images you made, which are removed from storage 30 days after you delete.

What stays

• A closed record of the account and its projects, which can't be signed in to or opened.
• Anything saved only on your device: CinemaWriter drafts and CinemaCutter local projects stay until you delete them or remove the app.
• Crew lists on other people's productions: the production keeps your name, role and contact details. Ask them, or us, to remove them.
• Things you added to someone else's project, such as errands and scouting notes, stay with that project without your name on them.
• Payment records that Stripe must keep for tax law.
• Error and activity logs, which expire on their own within six months.
