All Shots Guides

Getting Started

TL;DR — Open the Shots tab and your shot list builds itself — every storyboard panel becomes a shot row, grouped by filming location.

Your Shot List Builds Itself

Open the Shots tab in your project and you’ll see it already populated. Every panel in your storyboards automatically appears as a shot row — no manual entry required. As you add, remove, or reorder storyboard panels, the shot list stays in sync.

The Summary Table

At the top of the page, a summary table lists every filming location alongside its shot count. Green badges mean all shots at that location are scheduled; amber badges mean some are still unscheduled. Click any location name to jump straight to its card below.

Location Cards

Below the summary table, shots are grouped into expandable cards by filming location. Named locations are sorted alphabetically, with a “No Location” group appearing last for any shots that don’t have an assigned location.

Each card header shows the scene numbers, setting, location name, time of day, and a shot count. Cards that contain shots expand automatically when you first open the tab; empty cards stay collapsed.
