Your information is used to provide and improve the CSF service, authenticate your identity, process AI-assisted content generation, deliver content to your team members, send service-related notifications, and manage credits and billing.
3. AI Processing
When you use AI features, your prompts and relevant context are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google AI) for processing. We do not use your creative content to train AI models. AI providers may process data according to their own policies, but we select providers that do not train on user input data.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Content you create on CSF is only visible to you and the team members you designate. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, AI processing) under strict confidentiality agreements.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication via OAuth providers and magic links, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
6. Data Retention
