Schedule Integration
TL;DR — Each shot shows its estimated start time from the shoot schedule, so you can plan your day at a glance.
Estimated Times
Each shot row displays an estimated start time pulled from the shoot day schedule. Times are shown in 12-hour format — for example, “10:30a” or “2:45p.”
Timeline Events
Company moves, lunch breaks, and wrap time on the shoot day all affect when each shot is estimated to start. A company move adds travel time between locations, and lunch is inserted automatically after several hours of shooting.
Unscheduled Shots
Shots from scenes that haven’t been placed on a shoot day appear as ghost rows with dashes instead of times and faded styling. They’re still fully editable — you can set shot types, descriptions, and other fields even before scheduling the scene.
Schedule Badges
Location cards and the summary table show colored badges: green means all shots at that location are scheduled, amber means some are still unscheduled. Use the badges to quickly spot which locations still need to be added to the schedule.
