Cinema Set Free is a filmmaker's collective founded in Brooklyn, NY in the Winter of 2004. We've since expanded to 12 cities across the country. We're building an army of leaders. Motivated, creative professionals working in all aspects of the arts. Our goal is the resurrection of Independent Cinema in America. Indy film is only as good the artistic community that feeds it. Through local and online efforts we are connecting organizations and artists in a spirit of brotherhood and cooperation. Our members forge the future of Independent Cinema one project at a time.
